Ed Taylor,
Acting President/CEO
Ed Taylor has over 20 years of Executive experience working with CUSO, Red Cross and his own company doing business in Mexico in 1994, where he was first introduced to manufactured concrete housing. He joined Rockport in 2004 and worked as a fundraiser until he went on his own as a contractor and was appointed Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and China Advisor. His commitment to making Tekcrete technology successfull as a profitable global housing system has been demonstrated throughout his last 6 years with Rockport, and now as Acting President/CEO.
Shannon Downs,
Controller
Ms. Downs’ has certification in Bookkeeping and a Real Estate designation earned at the University of British Columbia. She oversees day to day operations for Rockport. Ms. Downs was with her previous employer for over twenty six years; she oversaw accounting, sales, staffing, scheduling and operations.
