William R. Malone,
President and CEO, Chairman of the Board, Founder of Canadian Rockport Homes
Mr. Malone has been involved in the health and real estate industries since 1967. Before founding Rockport he built a multi-million dollar real estate organization before the age of thirty. He was the President and CEO of Country Supreme Estates, President of Thoroughbred Properties Inc. and President of Zenith Energy Inc., an oil and Gas Company that drilled two hundred wells in the U.S. and traded publicly in the US.
Shannon Downs,
Controller
Ms. Downs’ has certification in Bookkeeping and a Real Estate designation earned at the University of British Columbia. She oversees day to day operations for Rockport. Ms. Downs was with her previous employer for over twenty six years; she oversaw accounting, sales, staffing, scheduling and operations.
Ryan Malone,
Purchaser, Director
Mr. Malone has seven years experience as a Project Manager and as a senior technician in the fiber optics field for businesses in North America and overseas. Mr. Malone researches, sources and negotiates the purchase of all large machinery for the Rockport’s Santiago plant. As well, Mr. Malone coordinates the activities of the plant and manages local allocation of capital.
Anna Lyn Malgapo,
Executive Secretary / IT
Ms. Malgapo has a Degree in Computer Science and a diploma in Computerized Accounting and Administration. Her administrative duties include posting and auditing shareholder lists. As a technician she executes CAD designs of Tekcrete™ Homes and customizes floor plans.
Grissel Rojas,
CFO
A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Rojas Schulte has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has a diploma in Strategic Commercialization and a diploma in Human Excellence. She was born and educated in Mexico and is familiar with Mexican accounting standards. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Chris Kinch,
Plant Manager, Director
Mr. Kinch has worked in residential construction for 11 years including five years spent in Japan building homes exported from Canada. He is the plant manager of Rockport’s plant in Santiago, Chile, and a director of the Company. He is a Canadian who has lived and worked in Santiago for five years. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Prior to joining Rockport, Chris operated his own successful, independent construction company.
José Miguel Ferrada Montt,
Attorney, UGM de Chile
Mr. Ferrada is a Chilean citizen who earned his law degree in 2002 at Gabriela Mistra University. He has also completed additional training in International Business Law at Complutense University in Madrid, Spain. Prior to joining Rockport, Mr. Ferrada practiced law with the law firm Baranda y Cía. Abogados in Santiago where he served numerous Chilean and international clients in the areas of corporate law and international business. Mr. Ferrada is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Ken Olsen,
Consultant of Global OperationsMr. Olsen holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Saskatchewan. He has 16 years of progressive professional experience with both small and large manufacturing companies including 10 years with Nortel Networks. He has expertise in the areas of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, People Leadership, and New Product Introduction. Mr. Olsen is headquartered in Santiago, Chile and has become bilingual in English and Spanish.
Mike Saunders,
VP Business Development
Mike Saunders holds an Honors degree in International Business from Carleton University and has also studied at the Estema School of Business in Valencia, Spain. Having worked for one of Canada’s leading marketing companies, Mike has represented internationally renowned companies and has significant marketing and program management experience. Mike is responsible for the management of several employees at the Chilean office and leading research and development projects.
